Modified from the "big mac sauce (copycat)" recipe from The Daring Gourmet

Big Mac Nachos

1lb ground turkey, chicken or beef
1T of oil (I used avocado oil)
1 package of nacho seasoning
1 bag of lime tortilla nacho chips
1 bag of shredded cheese
1/2 cup of chopped pickled red onions
1/2 cup of chopped pickles
1/2 can of kernel corn
2-5 green onion

1. Heat a pan over med-high heat with 1T oil
2. Once heated, add turkey (or desired meat) and cook until browned and minced
3. Add package of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water, cook on high for 3 minutes and let simmer while stirring frequently.
4. Once cooked and sauce thickens, take off heat
5. Layer nachos and all ingredients on a baking tray
6. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melty
7. Plate and top with Mac Smash Sauce and eat while hot!
