Shipping Information
All orders ship within 5 to 7 business days (Tuesday to Friday).
Standard Shipping
We work with a variety of shipping carriers to secure the best available rates for our customers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier selected. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Product Restrictions
Wildflower Honey (made in Ontario) cannot be shipped outside of Ontario. Orders containing Wildflower Honey with a shipping address outside of Ontario will be refunded and the item will not be fulfilled.
Tracking Information
All orders receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the package has been shipped.
Local Delivery
We offer next day local delivery within Barrie for orders placed Tuesday through Friday before 11:00 AM.
Remote Locations & Oversized Orders
While we do our best to provide accurate shipping rates, certain remote locations, oversized packages, or unusually heavy orders may require additional shipping charges. If this occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Online and in store purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unopened and unused. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete details.

Damaged Orders
We will happily replace items damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact alison@ohbeehive.ca as soon as possible and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
