Return & Refund Policy

At Oh Beehive! Refillery, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to review eligible returns within 30 days of purchase (for in-store items) or delivery (for online orders).

Online Orders

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To request a return, please contact us at alison@ohbeehive.ca.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

In-Store Purchases

Eligible items purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Within 14 Days: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • 15 to 30 Days: Returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • After 30 Days: No returns, store credits, or exchanges will be accepted.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Refill Products: Any liquids, soaps, or DIY products dispensed into customer-supplied or store-purchased containers.

  • Personal Care & Beauty: Cosmetics, makeup, mascara, lash serums, lip care, period care, and opened skincare products.

  • Perishables & Consumables: Food, tea, honey, flowers, plants, and other perishable goods.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or special-order items.

  • Discounts & Gift Cards: Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous goods.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival (or before leaving the shop!). Contact us immediately at alison@ohbeehive.ca if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders. If your online item qualifies for a return and is approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead while your refund is processed.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Please note it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
